RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error in the item shipped or damage during shipping. If this happens , please contact  our customer service department and submit photos of the package and the products you received. We will readily address this within 3 - 5 business days (paradisebotanicalsllc@gmail.com).

Any issues with our products or service should be referred to our customer service department so  WE CAN WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THEM.

Our warranty covers defects in products upon delivery and does not apply to products damaged by misuse or improper care after delivery. Normal Wear and tears are not covered so please follow recommended usage guidelines for each product.

Any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products.

 2.Misuse or Neglect

Improper use, misuse or neglect in applying or properly storing our Products leading to damage, injury or harm.

 3. Third Party Claims

Claims or actions brought against our brand by third parties against the use, promotion or sale of our products.

4. Compliance 

Violation of any applicable laws or regulations related to the manufacturing, marketing or sale of our

 products.

5. Content Accuracy

Inaccuracies or errors in the information provided on our website or marketing materials.
